Robert Kennedy, Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Prior to founding RSP in 2005, Robert served as Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Consumer Products Division of Miller Zell, a leading provider of retail strategy and shopper experiences for major retailers and branded manufacturers. In this role, Robert led strategy engagements with a breadth of clients including: Wal-Mart, The Coca-Cola Company, Kraft, Johnson & Johnson, General Mills, Circuit City, ExxonMobil, 7-Eleven, Unilever and Hewlett-Packard. Prior to Miller Zell, Robert served as the CMO of an Atlanta-based ecommerce firm and served in a number of leadership roles within the brand management organization of The Coca-Cola Company. Robert holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Craig Cappozzo, Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Prior to founding RSP in 2005, Craig led the development and execution of the customer go-to-market strategy for Procter and Gamble’s $26 billion North American business which includes P&G’s Beauty, Health, Baby, Family and Household needs businesses. Craig led the strategy creation, business plan development and plan execution, including development of strategy dependent knowledge and capabilities, creation of strategy execution best approaches, and customer team strategy training and consultation. During his 18-year career with P&G, Craig also held other positions of increasing responsibility, including Marketing Director in Global Personal Health Care, Brand Manager of Prilosec OTC, Brand Manager of Scope Mouthwash and Brand Manager of Oral Care Prescription Drug Development. Craig holds a B.A. in Business from the University of Kansas, and an M.B.A. from Washington University’s Olin School of Business.
