ROBERT KENNEDY
Founder and Managing Partner
Prior to founding RSP, Robert served as SVP & GM of the Consumer Products Practice of Miller Zell, a leading provider of retail strategy and shopping environments for major retailers and branded manufacturers. In this role, he led strategy engagements with a breadth of clients including Walmart, Coca-Cola, Kraft, Johnson & Johnson, General Mills, Circuit City, ExxonMobil, 7-Eleven, Unilever, and Hewlett-Packard.
Robert previously served as the CMO of an E-Commerce enterprise and in a number of brand leadership roles with The Coca-Cola Company.
Robert holds a BS from the Univ of North Carolina and an MBA from Northwestern Univ - Kellogg School of Management. He and his wife live in Atlanta and are the proud parents of their three children.
ROBERT DREW
Managing Partner
Prior to joining RSP, Rob served as Practice Leader - VP and Principal with IRI, a CPG Retail insights, analytics & strategy firm. In this role, he led practitioners in serving clients including Keurig Dr. Pepper, Kraft, Mondelez, Ghirardelli, Utz, Welch's, and many others.
Rob is co-founder of LIFT Retail Marketing Technology - an award-winning ad tech platform. He previously worked for The Coca-Cola Company in marketing and sales leadership roles and PwC in the strategy consulting practice.
Rob holds a BS in Finance and Quantitative Methods from Bradley Univ. He and his wife live in Atlanta and are the proud parents of their three children.

PATRICK MAGILL
Partner and Practice Lead -

Prior to joining RSP, Pat served as VP of Channel & Commercial Planning for the $4B Coca-Cola Foodservice Division. During his 20-year tenure he worked with hundreds of QSR, FSR, and on-premise customers of all sizes.

Pat is an expert in crafting and executing on-brand marketing strategies designed for in-outlet effectiveness. He is unique in his understanding of how marketing must elevate the brand and enhance the guest experience while working operationally for the outlet.
Pat worked extensively with McDonald’s and Shell while previously at The Marketing Store.
Pat holds an MBA from Loyola Univ and BA from the Univ of Illinois. He and his wife live in Atlanta and are the proud parents of their three sons.
TIM HALLORAN

Tim is recognized as a leading brand strategist, academic, speaker, and author - featured in WSJ, Forbes, Business Week, USA Today, and MSNBC. He is an expert in Consumer Research & Insights, Brand Strategy & Positioning, and New Product Development.

Throughout his career, Tim has been noted for his unique ability to craft effective marketing strategies grounded in data science and consumer understanding. He has worked with some of the world's most recognized brands including Coca-Cola, Kraft, Home Depot, Nabisco, Oreo, Planters, smartwater, vitaminwater, Powerade, Vita Coco, Georgia-Pacific, Turner Broadcasting, and the National Basketball Association.

Tim is also a clinical senior faculty member at Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business and serves as the Interim Dean and Faculty Director for the Executive MBA program. Prior to serving at Georgia Tech, Tim served as a faculty leader of Emory's Marketing Analytics Center.

Tim received his Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Florida, his Masters in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia, and graduated cum laude from Washington & Lee. He and his wife, Nancy, live in Atlanta and are the proud parents of three children.

CATHERINE WISLOSKI
Principal - Marketplace Intelligence
Cathy helps RSP clients better leverage data assets into actionable insights and brand strategies. As a solutions engineer and brand marketer, she brings a structured approach to problem solving and a market-savvy approach to execution.
Cathy began her career at Accenture working with Fortune 100 clients in systems design. She has since worked across a diverse set of brands and categories during her 20-year career in CPG - bringing a rarely seen blend of both technical prowess and strategic mindset to the table.
Prior to joining RSP, Cathy served as Director of Category Strategy for Kellogg's. While at IRI, she helped clients like Keurig implement and monetize predictive insights capabilities. Cathy has also held a number of marketing leadership roles for LVMH and Constellation Brands, where she established brand leadership in omnicommerce environments.
Cathy is an expert at unlocking value by elevating brand strategy and outcomes through analytics, insights, and commercial execution. She helps clients build strong data-driven cultures and sustainable capabilities for deeper understanding of markets, consumers, and competitors.
Cathy has been successful because of her technical and creative brand marketing capabilities, coupled with effective communication skills.
Cathy holds a BSE from Univ of Michigan and an MBA from Stanford Univ. She and her husband live in Kalamazoo with their two sons.

Principal - Restaurant and Convenience
Doug brings 30 years of operations and executive experience from his time as a Burger King franchisee, franchise operations
lead for Pilot Flying J (Arby's, Wendy's, Subway), and chainwide operations lead for Home Depot Fuel.

Doug is an expert in turnaround challenges with a unique ability to drive sustainable results via an enhanced guest experience. His ability to elevate back-of-the-house operations, build a winning team, and exceed brand standards for quality and speed produces outcomes and enterprise value. He led such efforts in the turnaround of Mountain Express and Perimeter Oil.

Doug is also the founder of LIFT Retail Marketing Technology - an industry-recognized and award-winning solution the convenience stores. LIFT was successfully acquired by Verifone.

Doug attended the University of Illinois and was a student-athlete. He lives with his wife and two
children in Atlanta.
